BACKGROUND: The Margate Board of Adjustment is a five (5) member board with one (1) year terms. The passing of Ordinance 2013-2 on March 6, 2013, created the current appointment and application procedures for the Margate Board of Adjustment.

Russell Anderson submitted a board application on 4/22/25 inadvertently for the P&Z board and contacted the City Clerk’s office to advise that he was interested in the BOA appointment and resubmitted an application stating so thereafter.
