BACKGROUND:                                          

The lowest bid received for MCRA Bid No. 2018-04 exceeds the Competitive Consultants Negotiation Act (CCNA) limits. Thus, the Board must reject all bids. The Board may also wish to provide Staff with direction to re-bid the project to be in conformance with CCNA requirements.

 

RECOMMENDATION:                     Reject all bids received for MCRA Bid No. 2018-04 Sports Field Covered Play Structure and Restroom Building and provide Staff with further direction.
