BACKGROUND:                     

                     

The property located at 1049 Lyons Road is known as the Strada Development.  The property owner has recently completed construction of new water distribution mains in association with the construction of a Sprouts Farmer’s Market and three (3) other buildings, and hereby requests conveyance of the water main improvements, dedication of the associated utility and access easements, and abandonment of portions of previously-existing easements that are no longer required by the City of Margate to facilitate maintenance of the public utilities on this private property.

 

RECOMMENDATION:                     

 

Approve the Bill of Sale, the Utility and Access easements, and the Partial Termination and Release of Easements.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:                     

 

There is no fiscal impact to the City.
