BACKGROUND:                                          The City commissioned Risk Strategies to conduct a compensation and classification study in September 2024 to ensure our wages remain fair and competitive.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:                     For consideration by the City Commission as part of the budget review process.

 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:                     None at this time.
