BACKGROUND:                                          On November 16, 2018, claimant Juliet Brown was involved in a vehicular accident with a City employee.   Settlement of this claim for $110,000, without admission of liability, is recommended as a business decision based upon consideration of foreseeable costs to take this matter to trial.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:                     For approval.
