Title
RESOLUTION - APPROVING THIRD AMENDMENT TO OPTION AND LEASE AGREEMENT (BUN 801517) WITH NEW CINGULAR WIRELESS PCS, LLC FOR THE EXISTING TELECOMMUNICATION SITE AT 2500 ROCK ISLAND ROAD (FIREFIGHTERS PARK); PROVIDING FOR APPROVED MONOPOLE HEIGHT; PROVIDING FOR FACILITY MODIFICATION REVIEW; PROVIDING FOR CPI ESCALATOR FOR RENEWAL TERMS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BACKGROUND: This Third Amendment to the Option and Lease Agreement with New Cingular Wireless, PCS, LLC provides for the approved height of the monopole, adds a $2,500 review fee for future review of documents for modifications to the telecommunications facilities, and a consumer price index (CPI) escalator upon renewals of the Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: For approval.
FISCAL IMPACT: $2,500 review fee and CPI escalator.
