APPROVAL OF THE MCRA MEETING SCHEDULE FOR 2024

BACKGROUND:                     In accordance with Article 3.1 of the Margate Community Redevelopment Agency Bylaws, the MCRA shall hold a regular meeting at least then (10) times each fiscal year on a day and time to be designated from time to time by the MCRA Board.


Historically, the MCRA meetings have been held on the second Wednesday of the month, unless such dates conflict with the City Commission meetings, designated holidays, or seasonal breaks.  The attached schedule reflects these meeting parameters.
