BACKGROUND:                     Margate Elementary is requesting the use of the Margate Sports Complex Covered Field and stage for their 5th grade graduation ceremony and a celebration at Calypso Cove. They request to waive all fees including facility use, stage rental, sound system, labor costs, and admissions cost.                     

 

 

RECOMMENDATION: For discussion and possible action                      

 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:                     

Estimated cost:

Covered Field Rental: S150 per hour, estimated time of 3 hours, total $750

Stage $175 per hour, estimated time of 3 hours, total $ 525

Entry into Calypso Cove: $6 per entry, estimated 170 entries, total $1,020

Total fees requesting to be waived: $ 2,295
