BACKGROUND:                     Applicant has submitted a Development Agreement pursuant to the Florida Local Government Development Agreement Act, Sections 163.3220-163.3243, Florida Statutes with the intention of redeveloping the ~143.4-acre Carolina Golf Club.   Applicant proposes up to 507 mid-rise apartments, 377 townhouses, and 57,500 square feet of commercial use, restricted to 30,000 square feet.  This application was previously reviewed at the May 13, 2025 DRC meeting.
