Applicant seeks a Rezoning from S-1 and R-3A to PUD to redevelop the 21.3-Acre Margate Executive Golf Course into a 132-unit townhouse development identified as Nove of Margate FKA Springdale Townhomes. On September 26, 2023 the DRC recommended conditional approval.
RECOMMENDATION: On November 9, 2023 the Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval (3-0)
