BACKGROUND:                     Applicant proposes to modify the site to accommodate a Dunkin with drive-through.  This application was reviewed at the 12/16/2025 DRC meeting and February 24, 2026 DRC meeting.

 

DRC NO. 25-400070 Consideration of a special exception use application to repurpose a 497-square foot former drive-through bank to a Dunkin with drive-through.

LOCATION:                     5300 Coconut Creek Parkway                     

ZONING:                     Gateway

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:                     A portion of Tract A, of “BRANDON-FARRIS DEVELOPMENT PLAT NO. 2”, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 110, page 19, of the public records of Broward County, Florida.
