Background
Atlantic Studios has managed the Groove + Green Festival since June of the current year. This event is held twice monthly on the second and fourth Sunday of each month. This year round event features a farmers’ market, live music, brunch offerings, a pop-up marketplace, and other entertainment options (on select Sundays).
Atlantic Studios has provided the attached Scope of Services outlining details of the event for the upcoming Fiscal Year 2018-2019. Further, Atlantic Studios is presenting two options for the services to be provided to be considered by the CRA Board.
Recommendation: To Approve
