RESOLUTION - ADOPTING THE CITY OF MARGATE 2025-2030 STRATEGIC PLAN.

BACKGROUND:                                          The City Commission and Senior Staff participated in several strategic planning meetings and workshops, with the City’s consultant, Berry, Dunn, McNeil & Parker, LLC, to update the City’s Strategic Plan. The Commission, with input from the residents through a scientific survey, developed a 5-year plan that provides a clear vision, mission, and core values which provide practical direction for the City’s future.

 

As Margate moves forward, having a well-defined path is crucial for making thoughtful, effective decisions. This plan highlights core priorities and establishes measurable targets to steer the City’s initiatives in the coming years.

 

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:                     For approval.
