BACKGROUND:                                          

Staff advertised Bid No. 2025-011 for the transport and disposal of water treatment lime sludge residuals on July 10, 2025.   Four bid submissions were opened on August 14, 2025.  Prolime Corporation emerged as the lowest bidder. 

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:                     

Award of an agreement to Prolime Corporation as the firm submitting the lowest responsive and responsible bid.

 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:                      Historically approximately $300,000 annually
