BACKGROUND: PETIONER IS REQUESTING TO MODIFY THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO PROVIDE SMALLER DIAMETER BREAST HEIGHT (DBH) FOR TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF TREES.  SECTION 31-54(i) OF THE MARGATE CODE OF ORDINANCES PROVIDES THAT MINOR CHANGES TO THE SITE PLAN MAY BE APPROVED BY THE DRC ADMINISTRATIVELY.
