BACKGROUND: Currently there are errors and inconsistencies between the Future Land Use Map (FLUM) and the Zoning Code Map. In an effort to have the Zoning Code Map compliant with the FLUM Map, Staff has identified two real properties to be rezoned to CON Conservation District. Please note that this is the second group of rezonings in this overall rezoning effort.
