LEGAL DESCRIPTION:                     HOLIDAY SPRINGS EAST 133-49 B PARCEL "O-1" TOGETHER WITH 23-48-41 THAT PORTION K/A CAROLINA GOLF COURSE

PETITIONER: Matthew Scott, Greenspoon Marder, LLP, agent for Rosemurgy Acquisitions, LLC

 

Applicant has submitted a Land Use Plan Amendment with the intention of redeveloping the ~143.4-acre Carolina Golf Club.   Applicant proposes up to 507 mid-rise apartments, 377 townhouses, and 57,500 square feet of commercial use, restricted to 30,000 square feet.  This application was previously reviewed at the May 13, 2025 DRC meeting.

 

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:                     The Development Review Committee recommended resubmittal on August 26, 2025

 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:                     $4,470,665 recurring annual City Revenue (per Applicant)
