BACKGROUND:                                          

The City advertised Bid No. 2025-009 - Furnish and Install (6) HVAC Systems.  The locations for the proposed HVAC replacements are Margate Police Department (two units), Northwest Focal Point Senior Center (two units), and the Margate Sports Complex (two units).  Five bids were received in response to the advertised bid opportunity.  Staff evaluated the bids received and recommends awarding to Thinking On My World, Inc. as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. 

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:                     Award to Thinking On My World, Inc.
