GRANT ASSISTANCE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES IN THE MCRA DISTRICT

BACKGROUND:                     Chair Ruzzano requested this item to discuss possible grant assistance for small businesses in the MCRA district that have been impacted by COVID-19.  Attached is an example of a program that is being offered by the Lake Worth Beach CRA for local hospitality businesses.  It is being provided for discussion purposes.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:                     For Board discussion and possible action for Staff to tailor a program specific to Margate and bring back for CRA Board approval.

 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:                      To be determined.
