BACKGROUND:                     Amending Resolution 19-001 to assign contract for utility bill printing and mailing from ENCO Utility Services to Cerida Investment Corp. d/b/a Answernet.  Cerida Investment Corp. d/b/a/ Answernet will be honoring all the terms of the current contract and pricing will remain the same.                       

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:                     For Approval

 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:                     456-9089-534059; no fiscal impact change in budget
