Title
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE UTILITY AND ACCESS EASEMENTS FOR WATER INFRASTRUCTURE LOCATED AT 6350 NW 18 STREET (A/K/A ST. VINCENT CATHOLIC CHURCH), AND APPROVE THE EASEMENTS THAT ARE REQUIRED FOR CITY MAINTENANCE OF WATER FACILITIES.
BACKGROUND:
The easements are required to service an eight inch water main that supplies two city owned fire hydrants and commercial water meters at 6350 NW 18th Street; this address also the site of the St. Vincent Catholic Church. The Archdiocese of Miami owns the property and they have offered a utility easement with an associated access easement to allow the City unencumbered access to maintain the installed infrastructure.
In addition, the existing unapproved but recorded easements shall be vacated.
The attached draft Resolution seeks to ratify the requested utility and access easements.

RECOMMENDATION:
Approve utility and access easements.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact to the City.
