Title
APPROVE AND ACCEPT AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE NORTHWEST FOCAL POINT SENIOR CENTER DISTRICT AND CSI CATALANO’S NURSES REGISTRY, INC. FOR THE PROVISION OF SUPPLEMENTAL STAFFING SERVICES OF CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS (CNA/HHA), REGISTERED NURSES (RN), LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES (LPN), AND OTHER HEALTH CARE WORKERS ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS.
BACKGROUND: The Northwest Focal Point Senior Center District is required to have a nurse on staff at all times for the Adult Day Care program. The Center is required to enter into a contract with a supplemental staffing agency that would be able to provide temporary nursing staff in the event that the Center nurse should become ill or require time away from work.
RECOMMENDATION: To approve
FISCAL IMPACT: None unless temporary staff is required at the Center
