INITIAL DRAFT OF THE INVITATION TO NEGOTIATE PRESENTED BY COLLIERS INTERNATIONAL

BACKGROUND:                     At the March 8, 2023 MCRA meeting, Colliers International Florida LLC, a global commercial real estate firm, presented their proposal to provide a marketing strategy and advisory services for the 43.3± acres in the Margate City Center.  At the April 1, 2023 MCRA meeting, Resolution 706 was approved to enter into an Agreement with Colliers International Florida, LLC to provide these services. 

 

Colliers International Florida LLC met with the Board in one-on-one meetings over the last several weeks to discuss the City Center Development and receive their feedback.   As a result of those meetings, the Board is being presented with the first draft of the Invitation to Negotiate.      

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:                     For discussion and direction
