CONSIDERATION OF SPECIAL PERMIT FOR EXTENDED HOURS OF ALCOHOL SALES FOR CONSUMPTION ON PREMISES FOR BOHIO LATIN FLAVORS, 2179-2181 N STATE ROAD 7, FOR REMAINDER OF FY 2017/2018 AND FOR ALL OF F2018/2019.
BACKGROUND: Bohio Latin Flavors is a new restaurant in the City and is requesting extended alcohol hours for the remainder of FY 17/18 (until September 30, 2018). They are also requesting extended alcohol hours for FY 18/19.
This Special Permit shall permit the sale for consumption on premises of alcoholic beverages during the following hours:
From 8:00 AM until 2:00 AM of the following day, Monday through Thursday;
From 8:00 AM Friday until 4:00 AM the following Saturday;
From 8:00 AM Saturday until 4:00 AM the following Sunday;
From 12:00 Noon Sunday until 2:00 AM the following Monday;
From 8:00 AM New Year’s Eve until 4:00 AM on New Year’s Day;
From 8:00 AM St. Patrick’s Day until 4:00 AM on March 18.
RECOMMENDATION: Recommended approval by the Margate Police Department.
