BACKGROUND:                     Tiger Resources Group, LLC (Owner) desires to submit and record with Broward County a Subdivision Resurvey of the subject property.  The Subdivision Resurvey requires only the approval of the City Engineer; however, the easements being dedicated thereby to the City require acceptance of the dedications by City Commission.  The subdivision resurvey and the associated easements dedications have been reviewed and conceptually approved by the City Engineer, pending approval and acceptance by Commission, of the easement dedications.
