BACKGROUND:                                          For State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2023-2024, the Florida Legislature appropriated One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($150,000.00) in Specific Appropriation line item 2336A and One Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($100,000.00) in Specific Appropriation line item 2341A, from the General Revenue Fund of Florida’s General Appropriation Act to the City of Margate, Florida toward the Margate Northwest Focal Point Senior Center ADA Renovations and Services project.
