BACKGROUND: Saul Perez, Rez se Land, LLC (“Applicant”) has submitted a Special Exception application in order to develop the 7.14-acre site with a 338-unit multi-family development identified as The Forest Apartments.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval subject to the Development Review Committee conditional approval at the June 25th, 2024, meeting.
Planning & Zoning Board recommended approval subject to the staff recommendations at the October 1st, 2024, meeting, motion carried 4-1.
