BACKGROUND:                                          

The City advertised for proposals for RFP No. 2018-018 - Disaster Debris Monitoring Services.  Twenty-one potential respondents requested and were provided RFP packages.  Two proposal submissions were received from interested firms and evaluated by Staff.  Those firms are identified and ranked below.

FISCAL IMPACT: 

Fiscal impact will be based upon the severity of any disaster necessitating the activation of these services.  Budgeted funds to cover such activation will be transferred into the non-departmental emergency preparedness account No. 001-0710-519.30-10.
