BACKGROUND: The Margate Board of Adjustment is a five (5) member board with one (1) year terms. The passing of Ordinance 2013-2 on March 6, 2013, created the current appointment and application procedures for the Margate Board of Adjustment. At the March 20, 2024 City Commission meeting 3 appointments were made, leaving 2 to be appointed at the April 17, 2024 meeting.
