BACKGROUND:                                           Tropical Development Group, LLC, owned by Jonathan Linker, and the Linker family, are requesting to purchase N State Road 7, folio ID# 4841 24 01 2280, back from the City.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:                     For consideration by the City Commission.

 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:                     $4,430.00 offer price; City legal costs for handling this matter and other associated costs to be determined
