Title
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MARGATE, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF NEWLY CONSTRUCTED SANITARY FORCE MAINS AND WATER MAINS, ACCEPTING NEW UTILITY EASEMENTS FOR MAINTENANCE OF WATER FACILITIES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4733, 4763, AND 4851 WEST ATLANTIC BOULEVARD (N/W/C OF ATLANTIC BLVD AND LYONS ROAD, A/K/A COCOMAR INDUSTRIAL PARK), COCONUT CREEK, FLORIDA 33063; PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC RESPONSE; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BACKGROUND:
The property located at 4733, 4763, AND 4851 W. Atlantic Blvd., Coconut Creek, FL is known as the Cocomar Industrial Park Development. The property owner has completed construction of new sanitary sewer force mains and connections to our existing water distribution mains in association with construction of the warehouse complex, and hereby requests conveyance of the sanitary force mains and water main improvements and dedication of the associated utility easements to facilitate maintenance of the public utilities on this private property.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the Bill of Sale and Utility Easement dedication.
