CONSIDERATION OF A PLAT NOTE AMENDMENT FOR THE FOREST APARTMENTS (DRC. NO. 23-400043)
BACKGROUND: Saul Perez, Rez se Land, LLC (“Applicant”) has submitted a Plat Note Amendment application related to developing the 338-unit multi-family development identified as The Forest Apartments.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval subject to the Development Review Committee conditional approval at the June 25th, 2024, meeting.
