BACKGROUND: Applicant proposes to modify the site to accommodate a Dunkin with drive-through. This application was reviewed at the 12/16/2025 DRC meeting and 2/24/2026 DRC meeting.
DRC NO. 25-400070 Consideration of a special exception use application to repurpose a 497-square foot former drive-through bank to a Dunkin with drive-through.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: A portion of Tract A, of “BRANDON-FARRIS DEVELOPMENT PLAT NO. 2”, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 110, page 19, of the public records of Broward County, Florida.
PETITIONER: Ryan Thomas, P.E., Thomas Engineering Group, agent for Mayank Patel, Jai Shree Ram Donut, LLC.
RECOMMENDATION: The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of this application on April 7, 2026.
The Development Review Committee recommended conditional approval on February 24, 2026
