AMENDING APPENDIX A ZONING, ARTICLE XXXIX SIGN CODE, SECTION 39.7 TEMPORARY SIGNS (GRAND OPENING SIGNS).

BACKGROUND:                     The City Commission directed staff to draft an ordinance to increase the amount of time a new business has to utilize grand opening signage afforded by Section 39.7 of the Margate Zoning Code.                     

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:                     On January 8, 2019 the Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of this ordinance.  On February 6, 2019 the City Commission approved First Reading of this ordinance.
