APPROVING EXPENDITURES FOR THE $2,500 SPONSOR LEVEL IN SUPPORT OF THE BROWARD LEAGUE OF CITIES 62ND ANNUAL GALA; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BACKGROUND:                                          

The Broward League of Cities 62nd Annual Gala is being held on May 18th at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort. Premier Sponsorship is $5,000 and includes a reserved table for 10 along with a half page ad in the event program and various levels of recognition throughout the event. The Minimum Sponsorship is $2,500 which includes 6 dinner tickets and recognition throughout the event. Individual tickets may also be purchased at a cost of $150 each. Further details provided in agenda backup as Resolution Exhibit A.

 

RECOMMENDATION:                     

For Commission consideration

 

FISCAL IMPACT:                     

$2,500 based on Minimum Sponsor level- 001-0110-511.82-15- City Commission- General Donations
