BACKGROUND:                     Margate Elementary is requesting the use of the Margate Sports Complex Covered Field and stage for their 5th grade graduation ceremony and celebration at Calypso Cove. They request a waiver of all fees  including facility use, stage rental, sound system, and labor costs.  

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:                     For discussion and possible action.

 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:                     Estimated costs below:

 

Sports Complex: $750 plus stage rental @ $175/hr

Calypso Cove:  $6/student
