BACKGROUND:                      On November 16, 2022, the City Commission appointed Attorney Thomas J. Ansbro, as the City’s Special Magistrate. Attorney Ansbro’s advised that he can no longer serve as the City’s Special Magistrate after the October hearing. This agenda item provides for the appointment of the Law Offices of John J. Hearn, PA to be appointed as Special Magistrate, with Attorney John J. Hearn or Attorney Andrew Dunkeil presiding.

 

RECOMMENDATION:                     For approval.

 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:                     Billing rate of $170.00 per hour.
