BACKGROUND:                     The Parks and Recreation Department was asked to look into purchasing shaded players benches as part of the bond project at Southeast Park. We have done our research and due diligence and believe the recommended product to be the highest quality product at the most affordable price. BSN pricing is lower than any of the comparable quotes that have been included as backup documentation. The vendor is offering lower than contract pricing.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:                     To approve
