CONSIDERATION OF AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SHED PROVISIONS IN THE RVRP ZONING DISTRICT.

BACKGROUND: The petitioner has requested a zoning text change that will only affect sheds in the RVRP Zoning District. The change consists of rewording a regulation that currently reads as, "All RV lot structures in a given RV park shall be of uniform design and materials," so that the regulation will read, "All RV lot structures in a given RV park shall be of uniform design and appearance."
RECOMMENDATION: The development review committee recommended approval on March 6, 2014.
