BACKGROUND: Requested by Commissioner Talerico to discuss the possibility of hiring a Public Information Officer (PIO) to be shared by the City of Margate and the Margate Community Redevelopment Agency (MCRA). This position would be to promote the City, the MCRA, attend city events and to respond to positive and negative articles and emails.
