BACKGROUND: Providing for an ordinance to authorize and direct the administration to implement a referendum for the election of November 4, 2014, and establishing the referendum question as consideration to amend the Charter of the City for gender neutrality; proper capitalization; deletion of obsolete language; providing for Commissioners service until successors are elected; and provision for records using current technology format as accepted by Law.
RECOMMENDATION: For approval.
