BACKGROUND: Bid No. MCRA RFP #2014-01 for Property Management Services was issued March 4, 2014. This bid is for commercial property management services of CRA owned properties and management of CRA maintenance contracts. Advanced Asset Management, Inc. and Fitzgerald Property Management, Inc. provided submittals on March 26, 2014, however only the bid from Advanced Asset Management, Inc. was deemed responsive by the selection committee (the bid submitted by Fitzgerald Property Management did not include required forms). The responsive firm received a score of 260 points out of 300 total points.
RECOMMENDATION: Approval
FISCAL IMPACT: $97,500 plus Leasing Fees and Costs for General Maintenance, Janitorial and Handyman Work
