BACKGROUND: Ordinance 2013-11, passed by the City Commission on October 16, 2013, provides the District Board with the option to delegate, by resolution, to the City Manager, or his/her designee, the hiring and all employment related matters as to the Project Director of the Northwest Focal Point Senior Center and day to day oversight of the Project Director and operations of the Senior Center District.
RECOMMENDATION: For approval.
