APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN KONICA-MINOLTA AND THE NORTHWEST FOCAL POINT SENIOR CENTER TO PROVIDE FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE COPY MACHINE.

BACKGROUND: This thirty-six (36) month lease agreement will provide a copy machine for the Administration which will also serve as a network scanner and printer. Contract pricing is based on State contract.
RECOMMENDATION: To approve.
FISCAL IMPACT: Funding is provided through Senior Center grants. The lease base cost is $109.78 plus copy charges of $.0055 for black and white copies. The annual cost for the copier and copies is estimated at less than $2,000 per year.
