APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MCGOVERN FOUNDATION INC. AND THE CITY OF MARGATE FOR SWIM LESSONS.

BACKGROUND: The McGovern Foundation, Inc. agrees to pay the City of Margate, based upon funds availability and approved registrations, fees for swim lessons for Margate Residents not receiving swim lessons from other programs. The City of Margate agrees to advertise the McGovern Foundation, Inc. on relevant publications.
RECOMMENDATION: To Approve
FISCAL IMPACT: Funds to be provided by McGovern Foundation based on availability and approved registrations.
