CONSIDERATION OF AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE PORTABLE STORAGE CONTAINER REGULATIONS.

BACKGROUND: Several permit applications for portable storage containers are denied each year. Staff drafted the attached ordinance in order to remedy the procedures are regulations governing these temporary structures.
RECOMMENDATION: The Development Review Committee recommended approval of this ordinance on January 22, 2015.
