BACKGROUND:      The petitioner is proposing a 3,200 sq. ft. BB&T neighborhood branch bank located at 5700 Coconut Creek Parkway. The building will have three drive-thru lanes (two service lanes and one ATM lane).
 
The petitioner went to the Board of Adjustment January 6, 2015 for various design standards. The petitioner has worked with staff to design a project that best suits Margate's Zoning Code as well as any variance conditions.
 
The Development Review Committee recommended approval on November 26, 2014 with the conditions that the petitioner receives a plat note amendment and any variances needed to move the project forward.
