BACKGROUND: The petitioner is requesting to build a new 3,200 sq. ft. BB&T neighborhood branch bank with three drive-thru lanes.
The plat note restricts the use of banks and drive-thru facilities on the property.
RECOMMENDATION: The Development Review Committee recommended approval on December 23, 2014.
FISCAL IMPACT: N/A
