APPROVING A TEMPORARY USE AGREEMENT FOR CRA OWNED PROPERTY FOR PRODUCTION OF A TELEVISION COMMERCIAL.

BACKGROUND:
The Mill Group production company has requested the use of the CRA owned property at the northwest corner of Margate Blvd. and US 441 in conjunction with the filming of a Ford Focus TV commercial. The company proposes to use the property to park crew cars, base camp and catering, for the following time period: Friday February 6, 2015 from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The attached Film/Television Permit provides additional information regarding the request. An Agreement detailing the requirements and restrictions for use of the property is also attached.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the Agreement for Temporary Use of the CRA property at northwest corner of Margate Blvd. and US 441 by the Mill Group for TV commercial production.
