ICSC RECON - NATIONAL RETAIL REAL ESTATE EXHIBITION AND CONFERENCE

BACKGROUND:
The ICSC (International Conference of Shopping Centers) national conference and exhibition will take place this year in Las Vegas Nevada on May 17th - 20th. The preliminary conference program is included for the Board's review, to see if there is interest in attending. In the past, Board members and staff have attended for the purpose of marketing the CRA properties and the City in general to potential retailers/developers. This year the CRA properties may be under negotiation at the time of the conference.
RECOMMENDATION:

FISCAL IMPACT:
The minimum conference registration fee for members is $570 per person. Hotel and airfare costs will depend upon arrangements - there are numerous hotels to choose from on the web site. There is approximately $8,100 remaining in the FY 15 budget for travel.
